Winter Registration Options

Individual Registration: 

  • Each player is allowed two MUTUAL friend requests. Please follow these directions. Coordinate with other parents to make sure you’re putting in MUTUAL requests. We do our very best to accommodate and keep friends together! 

  • If you’re signing up as an add-on to join a preformed team, you must sign up in the individual registration option. You must put the COACH’S NAME (not another player or team name) that matches the team in friend request option one AND email efaflag@gmail.com for approval. If a team is not at capacity, other players from individual registration may be added. First come first serve on late add-ons. Please put a second friend request down in case we can not add you to the team. 

  • “Parent volunteer” means you’re willing to help coach. All teams require a coach present at all games regardless of age group. 

 

Team Registration: 

This option is offered for an entire team to sign up together including coaches. Here are the parameters…

  • Full team fee is due at the end of registration (X x # of players + tax)

  • A team must consist of no less than 7 players and no more than 14 players. If you have a very large group, please split into two small teams. When forming teams, keep in mind what your player’s commitment/attendance will look like throughout the season. If your team has less than 12 players for our winter league, players from individual registration will likely be added to allow more kids to play! 

  • A minimum of one coach must be included in registration. If there is more than one coach, please add all names and contact info. 

  • Make sure to enter all player’s first and last names. 

  • Please gather all player information including parent and emergency contact info. You will fill this information out when the coaches Google spreadsheet is shared with all teams. 

  • Your players will also be required to sign a waiver before the season starts. That will be sent to you, the coach, directly. 

  • If, after registration is complete, you have an additional player, they must sign up in the individual registration option. They must put the COACH’S NAME (not another player or team name) that matches the team in friend request option one AND email efaflag@gmail.com for approval. 

  • If a team is not at capacity, other players from individual registration may be added. First come first serve on late add-ons. Please tell them to put a second friend request down in case we can not add them to the team. 

  • Parents of players on these preformed teams will NOT get our mass emails from Sports Engine. You are responsible for creating a team email thread and relaying all emails to your team. 

  • Winter team names will likely be pre-determined by the league. You may put a team name, but it might not be used. Please use the head coach's name in registration, otherwise.
