Relative Strength has been serving the community of Golden Valley area + EFA players for almost 10 years.  We have trained athletes of all different levels and abilities.  Ranging from middle school up to college athletes.  Our main objective is to put our athletes in the best possible position to succeed and have fun doing it.   Cost varies on the number of participants.  The average cost is $25 per kid.

• 30-minute 1/1 Personal Training-$55
• 45-minute 1/1 Personal Training-$75
• Small Group Training 45 minutes
