Come set the tone for the 2025 football season and test your skills at The Edina Football Association Preseason Combine, powered by TRIA GAMEFACE!

Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a SKILLS COMBINE that will test their size, strength, speed and agility.  

WHEN: Sunday, July 25th, 2025 from 4:30 - 7:30 PM (see below for your grade-specific start times)

This event is an open-house format, so come by any time during your grade window to complete your testing. After testing, EFA welcomes all athletes to stay for pick-up games and fun interactions with the Edina Varsity Football players.

TIMES: Start times will be staggered by 2025 grade level:   

• 4-5th Graders:  4:30 - 5:30 PM
• 6th Graders: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
• 7-8th Graders: 6:30 - 7:30 PM

COST: FREE!

This event is FREE for any 4th-8th grade athlete registered for Edina Football for the Fall 2025 season (tackle or flag football).  If you are not registered for football but would like to learn more, the EFA coaches and board members will be onsite and happy to walk you through our programs. 

COMBINE/SKILLS STATIONS:

Combine Tests: 40-yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle drill, broad jump, push-ups, height, weight, and arm strength (individual stations subject to change or modification)

Results of the combine will be available following the completion of the event.  Individual names and results will not be made public.

What To Bring:  Come dressed in athletic wear of your choosing, shorts, t-shirts, football cleats, and football gloves (optional)  

Additional Details: Attendance at the 2025 combine is not mandatory for those looking to play football in the fall, but this event is an essential first step to our 2025 season as we begin to evaluate the players at each grade level in preparation for building equal teams.  If you want to attend but can not make your assigned times, please register and message Bill (see below).
